Lloyd Hoffer |
Lloyd Hoffer is professionally dedicated to top quality advocacy. He is a civil litigator with experience in a broad variety of courts and administrative tribunals in multiple jurisdictions within Canada. He has a broad perspective not only on how judicial and administrative decision-makers actually make decisions, but also on how clients of differing needs and characteristics can best define and achieve their goals within the confines of judicial and administrative decision-making processes. Lloyd's case experience includes trials, appeals, and administrative hearings in diverse subject matter including professional liability, insurance law, health law, commercial litigation, franchising, intellectual property, media and communications, public law and employment law. Joseph Adler |
Joseph Adler has dedicated his professional life to becoming a top business lawyer. He is a senior corporate and commercial lawyer who assists clients in all matters related to their operations and transactions in Canada and a registered trade-mark agent. His particular emphasis is in franchising and distribution, intellectual property law and cross-border trade. Joseph serves as legal counsel for Canadian and US (and other foreign) franchisors doing business in Canada and Canadian franchisors doing business in the US, Europe and abroad. He also acts and has acted for various multi-unit franchisees and franchisee associations as well.
Joseph has published and has been quoted in numerous articles and has spoken on various franchising topics at venues organized by the Canadian Franchise Association (CFA), the Ontario Bar Association (OBA) and the International Franchise Association (IFA).

Jennifer McGlashan |
Jennifer McGlashan obtained her LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2005. She completed her articles with a boutique litigation firm in Toronto and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2006. Jennifer’s current practice focuses on civil litigation and corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on franchising, licensing and distribution law. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and before various administrative tribunals, including the Worker’s Compensation Board, the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.
